St. Peter (or at least, I think it's him) could rely on God's most trusted and powerful anti-boringware, the HolyProtector. Any attempt sent by these people asking to be rich in lottery will get in return divines advises. But isn't all, it also includes a good thunderwall ('cos fire won't be suitable to heaven) preventing contacts from the underworld.
