Hi ucflyboy,
Welcome to the forum.
I don't see a lot wrong with your log. How is your computer behaving?

We need to disable the Microsoft Anti-Spyware application to allow our changes here:

The DirectCD app is the part of Roxio CD creator that recognizes when a CD-RW is inserted, and does the formatting, reads and writes on RW type CDs. Since it intercepts CD drive commands to the system, I agree it's better not running at startup.

You can always add a desktop icon to DirectCD by navigating to C:\Program Files\Adaptec\Easy CD Creator 5\DirectCD\DirectCD.exe and right clicking to make a shortcut. Then drop the shortcut onto the desktop.

-----------------------------------------------------------
Disable Microsoft Anti-Spyware
- Open Microsoft AntiSpyware.
- Click on Tools, Settings.
- In the left pane, Click on Real-time Protection, System Agent, View System Agent checkpoints.
- In the box on the left labeled System Agent Status, underneath "Status : Active", click on >>Deactivate
- Status should switch to Inactive.
- Click on File, Close
-----------------------------------------------------------
Remove log items with HighjackThis. Reboot the machine. Start HijackThis. If the opening screen shows, choose None of the above, just start the program.
Click Scan. When the Scan is complete, see that this line is missing from the O4's :
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gcasServ] "C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcasServ.exe"
Then place a check on the following entries:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = local.,
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AdaptecDirectCD] C:\Program Files\Adaptec\Easy CD Creator 5\DirectCD\DirectCD.exe

Make sure all other windows except HJT are closed, and Click Fix Checked.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Post a New HJT Log
Reboot your computer. Start HijackThis. Click Do System Scan and Save a Log File.
When the Scan is complete, select the whole log (Ctrl-A), copy and paste the log contents in a reply. Please do not use Word Wrap when you paste in the reply.

OK, I tried disabling Antispyware but it still appeared in the log. I also deleted the O6 rovion and Chuzzle lines after researching them online. The problem I am experiencing is 100% CPU usage and also my quicklaunch box is slow to react when I click to open it. I hope this pastes without word wrap, it is disabled in notepad but I don't see that option here. Thanks again.

ucflyboy,
I never did see any O6 lines of any kind in your log.
Print this short instruction out if you wish.
When your Internet Explorer opens, is the default page correct? Looks like a Yahoo mail page. Close Internet Explorer.

When you are getting the high CPU usage, what process is showing the high percentage of use?
Bring up Task Manager using simultaneous Ctrl-Alt-Delete keys. Click Processes tab.
What process is using all the CPU time?
If you click the Applications tab, what items are running?
Please make notes and let me know in a reply.
If Word wrap is disabled in Notepad, it will work fine here. Thanks.
