I had a trojan problem and from a post at your forum i fixed it.It was trojav.crypt0 (gebcy.dll).The thing is that i still have problems with some spyware. These are : delfin.client (ppymhy.exe) , eZula.toptext (drkwos.exe) and dealhelper.exe (hfhsbdvs.exe).I run microsoft antispyware and spybot search and destroy as well as ewido security suite.Every program tells me they fix these problem but they re still there. Here is my hijack log :

Hello lobsterlove,

You are running HijackThis from within a compressed archive, we need to move it first. This is vital for your system health.
Do not attempt to fix anything before you moved HijackThis.
Create a folder for Hijackthis on the C: drive called C:\HJT. You can do this by going to My Computer then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT. Locate the downloaded archive called HijackThis.zip and extract the file to the newly created folder.

Run HijackThis, click on Open the Misc Tools Section, click on Open Uninstall Manager. Click on Save List and save uninstall_list.txt to your Desktop. Open this file in Notepad and copy/past the content in your reply.
Click back (the one located at the right side of the save list button)
Click Back and Click on Scan. When the scan is finished, click Save Log and paste the content in your reply.

Post the HijackThis log and uninstall list please.

Hello lobsterlove,

First of all the HijackThis log is clean and Ewido did clean up nicely. Well done. :)

A strange issue with the Panda Scan as I can see that the ActiveX control is installed.
O16 - DPF: {9A9307A0-7DA4-4DAF-B042-5009F29E09E1} (ActiveScan Installer Class) - http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan ... asinst.cab

Let's check a few Internet Explorer settings and see if the scan will run then.
  1. From within Internet Explorer click on the Tools menu and then click on Options.
  2. Click on the Security tab
  3. Click the Internet icon so it becomes highlighted.
  4. Click on Default Level and click Ok
  5. Click on the Custom Level button.
    • Change the Download signed ActiveX controls to Prompt
    • Change the Download unsigned ActiveX controls to Disable
    • Check that Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting is set to Enabled or Prompt
    • Check that Run ActiveX controls and plugins is Enabled
    • Change the Initialise and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to Disable
    • Change the Installation of desktop items to Prompt
    • Change the Launching programs and files in an IFRAME to Prompt
    • Change the Navigate sub-frames across different domains to Prompt
    • Check that Active Scripting is set to Enabled
    • When all these settings have been made, click on the OK button.
    • If it prompts you as to whether or not you want to save the settings, press the Yes button.
  6. Next press the Apply button and then the OK to exit the Internet Properties page.
Also check that ZoneAlarm is not blocking something while you run the Panda Scan.

Thank you for everything Kim you been not only helpful and fully easy comprehensive, but fast as well. That last one really maters to me cause I use my computer for my business but my wife uses the computer as well. The thing is that she is a special education teacher and she couldnt do her work for school- for the children. So I leave you with the nice thought of helping those children in the long run and giving them a lot of smiles  .Plus my wife of course cause today she heard that the board of education made her teacher of the week.Anyway i dont wanna spend your precious time any more and I hope in the future if I have any problems i can private message you (not the logs and the problems) just to ask if you have time to help me.Thank you again....

P.S. Let me know if I can pm you in the future just to ask if you have time.

Hello lobsterlove,

Nice to see that I was able to make someone smile by helping out a little bit. You may send me a PM to ask me if have some time.

You didn't let me know if you were able to run the Panda Scan since I would like to see if we got any leftovers. It's important to clean up everything. If you are able to run the Panda Scan, please post the log.
