Hi thylacene,

First of all, I would like you to download a few tools, don't use them until you are instructed to do so.

  1. Download HSfix to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder.
    http://users.telenet.be/marcvn/regfiles/HSfix.zip
    Unzip it to your Desktop.
  2. Download About:Buster to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder.
    http://downloads.malwareremoval.com/AboutBuster5.zip
Unzip the files to a convenient location such as C:\AboutBuster, and run AboutBuster.exe. Read the instructions then click Ok to proceed. Click Check for Updates, and then Download Updates to update About:Buster to the newest version.
  3. Download CWShredder to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder.
    http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/ ... redder.exe
Run CWShredder.exe and Check for updates.
  4. Download hoster to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder.
    http://www.funkytoad.com/download/hoster.zip
    Unzip it to your Desktop.
