Hi Dan,

Thank you. I completed the System Restore Point steps. My next question is - do I need all those programs? Will installing all of them impact my performance? I'm guessing that there are a spectrum of threats and that each of the programs you recommended deal with a different part of that spectrum. Thank you.

Hi, you don't have to have them all, as you mentioned they cover a spectrum of malware. :)
which ever you choose, just make sure that you update on a regular basis and run a scan once in a while to keep on top of things.
I wish you well and hope you resolve those niggle issues that remain.
