Hi, have a problem inside a network micrososoft-based.
Here we have microsoft windows xp clients and windows 2003 servers.
Before we tried to use any kind of antiviruses but unsuccessfully.
Here are the following malware synthomps:
1-sometimes something lock any printer installed on the server , it lock randomly one printer at a time and when the printer is locked you cannot print and the queue remain paused until it restart (it could take seconds, minutes or days!!!!!), i installed another server and it run without problems for two week until the malware attacked it, any help is very appreciate ( i tried to reboot, change ip , change ports , change antivirus).
2-sometimes pc's reboot veri quickly and sometimes appear a messagebox "intrusion alarm s4" , sometimes the message do not appear.
3-if you try to copy files from the network to the computers the computers reboot or the local area network stop to run.
Help!!!!

We are sorry but we do not handle servers or company nets as they have very special problems and need different handling than stand alone computers. You do need help from either a IT profesional within the company or a outside consultant.
