IE Explorer keep opening

Hi, could someone please look at my log file and suggest a course of action? My IE Explorer browser keeps opening every 10-15 minutes and going to Newsites hosting. I am running XP sp2. Thank you.

Hi, sorry, the site the browser keeps going to is Newsit.es. The web address is hxxp://whiteboy.whyi.org/slimstat/Log12.php. Has anyone heard of this problem before? Thanks.
