srosa.sys and blue screen

Unread postby epspl9 » February 29th, 2008, 8:53 pm

Hi, I have major problems with my computer; I have srosa.sys. None of the antivirus programs find it except "super anti spyware" which found wintems.exe and I deleted it, but once it found srosa.exe I got a blue screen. Hijackthis also doesn't work; again blue screen. When I try to go into safe mode once again a blue screeen.

What should I do?

Download Combofix from any of the links below. You must rename it before saving it. Save it to your desktop.

Double click on Combo-Fix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a report for you.
  • Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt along with a HijackThis log so we can continue cleaning the system.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
