Hi,

Please go to Start > Control Panel and double click on Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall the following programs if they are present:

Bitgrabber
BitRol
Bitdownload
Browser Enhancer
CiD Help
CiD Manager
DivoCodec
Download Plugin for Internet Explorer
Lop.com
LOP SEARCH
Messenger Plus or Messenger Plus and Client
Netpumper
Search Plugin
Torrent101
Ultimate Browser Enhancer
Window Search
Window Searching
WinZix
W3player
Zone Media

During the uninstallation, you might be asked to verify. Enter the numbers shown in the window and continue.

Then restart your computer. This is important!

Next...

  1. Download deljob.exe and save it to your desktop.
  2. Double click on Deljob.exe.
  3. A log, (logit.txt) will open afterwards. If it doesn't, please locate this log on your desktop.
  4. Please post the contents of the logfile in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.

Get a list of installed programs

  1. Please download and install CCleaner Slim.
  2. Once installed, double click on the desktop shortcut created.
  3. On the leftmost column, click on Tools.
  4. On the middle column, click on Uninstall.
  5. At the bottom right hand corner, click on the Save to text file... button.
  6. By default, it saves this file to C:\Program Files\CCleaner named install.txt. You may want to save it to your desktop to find it easily. Click Save.
  7. Close CCleaner.

In your next reply, please post:

  1. Deljob log (logit.txt on your desktop)
  2. A new HijackThis log
  3. CCleaner install.txt file

Hi,

Uninstalling the bundled programs don't always solve the problems as it always leave behind some files. Could you please run deljob.exe and post back the required log files as per my first post to you.

Thanks. :)
