Every 5 minutes I am getting a pop up "Windows Security Alert,
Warning; Potential Spyware Operation. Your computer is making
unauthorized copies of your system and Internet files. Run full
scan now to pervent any unathorised access to your files! Click
YES to download spyware remover... "


Other symptoms, I do not have access to my control panel through the start menu ,along with some other things.
I'm prompted with a message saying the action has been canceled
due to restrictions.

Hello again. I havn't had a reply in a week. Just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before. I can't seem to help it.

RENAME HIJACKTHIS

Using Windows Explore by right-clicking the Start button and left clicking Explore navigate to: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe

Right-click on HijackThis.exe & select Rename to scanner and post back a new Hijackthis log.
