Analyze Hijack This Log Please!

I had some strange or unusual things happen on my laptop this morning and would like to know if you see anything in my log. What happened was 2 things:
I was logged onto hotmail. It said it had downloaded an upgrade and I needed to logout and log back on, which I did. THen it said to logout again. I thought that was weird.
Google toolbar downloaded some updates - Vista started popping up warning messages, where it hadn't b4.

I ran Spybot S&D, McAfee Scan, Vista beta scan and ESET scan. All ran clean. McAfee noted the Google toolbar download in the recent event log.

So I'd like an expert opinion. I compared this Log to my previous log from October (had a Trojan downloader back then). The only thing I noticed that wasn't there b4 was this, but I may have missed something else and I really don't know what I'm doing!!

I forgot to mention this important detail!! I loaded my LOJACK software today. Was thinking that may be the RPCNET software.

Hi Donna

Only thing that needs attention in your log is outdated Java version.

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update to the latest version...

Updating Java:

• Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 4.
• Scroll down to where it says
  The J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications.
  
• Click the
  Download
  button to the right.
• Select Windows on platform combobox and check the box that says:
  Accept License Agreement. Click continue.
  
• The page will refresh.
• Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop.
• Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
• Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
• Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
• Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
• Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
• Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u4-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version.
