Hi rorox,

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS)
  • Close all applications and windows.
  • Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
  • When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
  • Make sure Format->Word Wrap is unchecked
  • Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your reply

Once complete, please post both DSS logs, you won't need to produce a new HijackThis log as DSS produces one for you.

Hi rorox,

Can you tell me what symptoms you are experiencing and has anything changed since you posted your original log?

You have a program called Top 100.000 in your Add/Remove Programs list. I can't find much out about this program, do you recognize it and have you knowingly installed it?

Please open Start->Control Panel->Programs and Features, look down the list for Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6 and remove it.
It is out of date and now a security risk, you can get the latest update (version 6 update 3) from here

You have DAP installed on your system, it is not technically malware but the free version is ad supported and not recommended.
A safe, ad-free alternative is wxDownloadfast
You can remove DAP via Programs and Features.

You have Soulseek, a P2P file sharing program installed on your computer. This program does not come bundled with malware as some similar programs do, but peer-to-peer file sharing networks are one of the biggest sources of malware we see. Anything downloaded from them cannot be trusted to be clean, because even if the file appears to be what it claims to be, it can have malware embedded in it.
I recommend you remove it, but of course the choice is yours.
You can remove Soulseek via Add/Remove Programs.

Next, highlight and copy (Ctrl-C) the following command (it's one long command), press Start then paste (Ctrl-V) it into the search box and press Enter to execute it:
cmd /c dir /a /s c:\ljjgg.* >> "%userprofile%\desktop\look.txt"
A black box will open and a file will appear on your Desktop called look.txt. Please do not open look.txt yet and wait for the black box to close.

Then repeat for this command:
cmd /c dir /a /s c:\temp >> "%userprofile%\desktop\look.txt"

Again, a black box will appear, wait for the box to close before opening look.txt and please post the contents in your next response.

Next, please do an online scan with Kaspersky:

Open Kaspersky Online Scanner in Internet Explorer

When prompted, allow the installation of ActiveX components from Kaspersky
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT and then Scan Settings
  • In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
      Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
    • Scan Options:
      Scan Archives
      Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK
  • Now under select a target to scan:
      Select My Computer
  • The program will start to scan your system.
  • Once the scan is complete, click on the Save Report As button, change the Save as type: to Text file and save the file to your Desktop
  • If Internet Explorer responds saying the report has been saved to the Temporary Internet Files folder, say Yes to open the folder, then navigate to C -> Users -> (Your username) -> Desktop to locate the report
Note: If at any time you have trouble with the accept button of the license, click on the Zoom tool located at the right bottom of the IE window and set the zoom to 75 %. Once the license is accepted, reset to 100%.

Once complete, please post the look.txt output, the Kaspersky report and a new HijackThis log.
Also let me know what symptoms you are experiencing.
