Hijacked bad!

Please help, I have some malicious software that I think came from an e-mail in Myspace and it is starting IE and hijacking me while I am browsing with Firefox and running other programs. It may be shutting down "Hijackthis" while trying to run that program. It may be giving me "overrun buffer" errors when connected to TrendMicro's web site.
I have run "Adaware, Spybot S&D. and am running Trend Micro Internet security Pro.
