Advise given in chatroom.

Clean.

Client has dial up.

Advised sp2 should be installed - to try to get a friend to download for him/her

Directed to the 'computer safety online' topic.

Suggested the popup window that they are getting, should be copied using the print screen key and uploaded so we can see what it is.
