Malware Infestation?

Hi, it looks like I accidentally put in my myspace password in a false myspace page. Ever since then, I cannot log into myspace, it goes to some phantom myspace page obviously set up by a hacker. I have no idea what to to do..i have tried using different web browsers but the same thing keeps happening, and im worried about the effect it has on the rest of my internet activity. If anyone could help me with this i would greatly appreciate it...here is the "hijack this" log:

Update your Java.
Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
Please follow these steps to remove older versions of Java components.

• Close any programs you may have running, ESPECIALLY your web browser
• Click Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment, JRE, J2SE, or Java Webstart in the name.
• Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
• Repeat as many times as necessary to remove all installed versions of Java.
• Reboot your computer

Then download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment(JRE), and install it to your computer. It is the 5th one down on the page, called Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 3
Download it, choose save, and save it to your desktop.Then doubleclick it, and it will install the newest version of Java for you to use.

Set Your Computer to Show All Files

1. Click Start.
2. Click My Computer.
3. Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
4. Select the View Tab.
5. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
6. Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (recommended).
7. Click Yes to confirm.
8. Uncheck the Hide file extensions for known file types.
9. Click OK.

In addition, go to Start, Search. When you click on 'All files and folders' on the left pane, click on the 'More advanced options' at the bottom. Make sure that 'Search system folders', 'Search hidden files and folders', and 'Search subfolders' are checked.

Please open Notepad. (Start, All Programs, Accessories, Notepad)
Use file, Open, go to this folder ==> C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\ and open the file named HOSTS
In the Open dialog, you may have to choose Files of Type as ALL Files to see it.

If it's not too large (not more than a couple hundred lines), Copy and paste the contents in a reply.
Please Reboot and also post a fresh HijackThis log.
