Everytime I startup my comp, the desktop items and start menu will disappear. I can still run programs when i start a new task in the task manager but some will close once i start them up. Ive done a scan with spybot, ad-aware and symantec AV. A pop up comes up with symantec that says a threat was found "scprot4". the other spyware found in vitumond.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
