Hi vanceld,
Your log is clean, but a few suggestions:

• Java is one revision behind. Latest is jre1.6.0_03
  Update your Java.
  Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
  Please follow these steps to remove older versions of Java components.
  • Close any programs you may have running, ESPECIALLY your web browser
  • Click Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
  • Check any item with Java Runtime Environment, JRE, J2SE, or Java Webstart in the name.
  • Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary to remove all installed versions of Java.
  • Reboot your computer
  Then download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment(JRE), and install it to your computer. It is the 5th one down on the page, called Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 3
  Download it, choose save, and save it to your desktop.Then doubleclick it, and it will install the newest version of Java for you to use.
  
• Adobe Reader needs the very latest update from Adobe. The Original version 8.0 has a vulnerability that could be used to infect your machine. You can get the Adobe update here http://www.adobe.com/support/security/
  
• This entry O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Alcmtr] ALCMTR.EXE is a tracking application from RealTek Audio. It is not malicious.

You have three programs which can block changes (even good ones) when you try to fix things. They are just doing their job, but they make the removal sequence for ALCMTR.EXE a bit lengthy.
