i have ran a sptbot scan and saved this report as it looks serious,has anyone any ideas what to do or any help please?thanks

heres an update on things,i ran spybot again and fixed these reg errors and then ran again and it seems to be ok after the fix,i dont know where this error came from but spybot seems to have fixed things
