Win32: Trojan-gen. {UPX!}

While this may or may not be the root of my problem, avast! antivirus comes up with several warning messages about this trojan daily. avast! mail scanner is constantly on listing mostly indecipherable internet addresses while my processor chokes at full speed, so I assume this trojan is mailing out spam from my computer. But what do I know, right? Tried Spybot, Adaware, TrojanHunter, a-squared, nothing finds it or nothing does the job if it is found.

Help please?

Deckard's System Scanner
Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.
  1. Close all applications and windows.
  2. Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
  3. When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
  4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt to your post. in your reply
