i have a 2953 privacy malware, and is driving me crazy

i have visit so many forums and nobody can still help me, i come here because someone recomended this site, my pc is runing slow this thing on my task bar is driving me crazy, please help i work from home and my pc is my source for working HELP!!!!!!!!
