Hi gamerking#1,

Just one thing to remove:

Open HijackThis
- Click the Do a system scan only button
- Check the following entries (below)

O16 - DPF: {03F998B2-0E00-11D3-A498-00104B6EB52E} - https://components.viewpoint.com/MTSIns ... xpId=4411&

- Close ALL open windows (especially Internet Explorer!)
- Click Fix Checked
Close HiajckThis

Reboot the computer and post a new HijackThis log. Just need to make sure that entry is gone.
