Hi there!

Are here any other soccer fans than me? I love soccer, especially Spanish soccer. Real Madrid is La Liga champion 2007. There are also many good teams like: Barcelona, Malaga CF, Sevilla CF etc. etc. And because I'm from Finland, I have to support also the Finnish national team. But they are not that good :? yet.

One of my dreams is that someday I could be on that stadium were Real Madrid wins the championship. I can only imagine that feeling in that stadium.

Too bad that David Beckham wanted to go and play in Los Angeles. Thats a shame because RM really needs Beckham and his amazing freekicks. Also the another legend, Roberto Carlos is going to Türkey. And if Rául ends his great career ...

Vamos Real Madrid y Finlandia!

Pero buenas noches a todos !

English Premier League. :D

Beckham... hmm... my impression of him has never been good, but I have to admit that he's good that night.

It's the Premier League for me as well.
Bit biased I suppose as I come from the UK but I do think it is the best league in the world.

My club has just been promoted this season as well, Birmingham City. I am a season ticket holder and one of my all time heros is from Finland and still on our books Mikael Forssell.
In his first season for us he scored 19 goals in 17 games, shame he hasn't repeated that but he has been injured, he does appear to be getting over the injury so maybe this season he can replicate that feat.

Sky Sports have you well trained. :P

I do like the premier league too although I do have a soft spot for Athletic Bilbao in Spain. I always had high hopes for Mikael Forssell since I saw him playing for Chelsea early on but his career kind of stuttered.

SPL for me, sadly. A hard-tackling pressing game we play so the fancy-boys dont get the room or time to do their "tricks".
Premier league? Over-hyped by the media south of the border.
Spain really is the best league in the World, followed by the Italian then the Spl (ahem).

And while on the subject of Liverpool and Finns, two of the greatest Finnish players ever have pulled on the Mighty Reds' shirt.

Yes. Litmanen and Hyypiä are one of the greatest Finn players. But Hyypiä doesn't get anymore playing time in Liverpool ?

And Litmanen: there is no season without injuries in his case...
