Virus

I believe I have a virus that has attacked my computer... this pop-up appears every time I open or Send/Recv in my outlook express

Message number 2 could not be retrieved. Account: 'pop.west.cox.net', Server: 'pop.west.cox.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

the same emails populate my inbox everytime. if i dont clear them out, in a few days i will have thousands of the same emails + any new emails that come in.

the computer runs pretty good (speed wise), but just today I looked at the used space on my C: drive and found it to be about 75% used; normally only about 20% used.

I am running XP version 2002 SP2 w/ CA security suite 2007

Help,
Greg
