Please help!
My spybot detected a virus but it was not able to do anything with it because it said it was still in use. I've gone through the list of things you suggest and have tried to download the hijack this. When i try to save it to the desktop it starts to download, but then says that: internet explorer cannot download hijackthis_sfx.exe from downloads.malware removal.com It then says that the connection with the server was reset. Any ideas?
