100% cpu activity malware or not?

I need some help recently my computer started having high cpu activity all the time and when I run some programs I hear something in the hard drive start to spin and that causes even higher levels of activity can anyone help me figure out why this happen as im not sure if its malware or another computer problem. I have read all the rules and I the computer is a dell 4150 laptop. here is my logfile
