Although not common, it can happen, because it's way too convenient. One can take a bus from Singapore and all the way to Thailand, without the need of plane.

Yup. But I'm actually quite surprised at that.

Bangkok although isn't in South of Thailand, they do have people who know the language.

It seems poor woman, knew where she was going, but she was all the time taking the wrong busses. :(
