My 13 year old daughter told me the computer crashed, when I came home, this is what I found. :(

When I log in to my XP Home Edition Media, My taskbar is not showing. None of my programs seem to run properly except Ad-Aware. My Dell is not yet a year old and my McAfee should still be good. If I try to run something I get the System Shutdown NT Authority with the 60 second timer. Upon shutdown I get the STOP: c00021a Fatal System Error.

I can not copy Hijack this to my desktop or a folder for that matter. I ran it from my USB memory stick. Here is the report:

Hope this helps:

Thank you. I am starting from scratch and re-installing everything and restoring my docs.

Still not sure what the heck happened to my system. :?

Thanks for your time.

You are welcome... sounds like your registry got a bit mangled for some reason! There was nothing in your log that jumped up and bit me on the nose that would cause those sort of problems
