Hi Bluestar,

no problems - some programs are running and, as such, we have to stop them running before we can remove them; that is Task Managers role - to stop a process from running.

If it is not running then just move on to the rest of the instructions, starting with the attempt to kill it using Killbox; again if Killbox implies that the file is missing then carry on with the rest of the instructions.
