So for my situation, the Clear Documents problem doesn't mean that the virus isn't clean from my computer right? Is just that some registry is being disabled right?
So on the whole, it's no big deal??
Can I just leave it as the way it is now?

Well, the HJT log and online scans are clean...so in all likelihood the infection is gone and the changes as you state are probably due to registry changes.

I suppose you could leave it the way it is now, but I would check out the WindowsXP forum to see what they have to say...it may be a simple fix...I just don't what it is.
