Little poll. Only 4 picks,

  • Jimi Hendrix
  • Jimmy Page
  • Eric Clapton
  • Peter Frampton

Out of them four whos the best guitarist?

I know there a bunch of good guitar players but out of them four which is one is the best?

Well only 2 of them can be considered as guitarists, and one of them is dead, so its gotta be Clapton.

I'm partial to Yngwie Malmsteen and Steve Vai, myself.

But from that list.. I'd have to say Clapton.

Meee tooo! Eric Johnson is on that list as well. ;) I love to listen to Malmsteen, but I can hardly stand to watch him perform. Uh, where's the little pukey icon?

Saw Yngwie live when I was in Jr. High school(many many many years ago :P).... Grade Eight, I think. He was opening for Iron Maiden.

Totally blew my mind with how he could play... been a fan ever since.

Gotta be Jimi Hendrix, he was only around for a short time during which he totally reinvented the instrument, where would any of the others be without him.

PS Clapton is god
