The tactic of blacklisting IP addresses associated with security firms from accessing banking fraud sites has been in play for at least a few months now, but a new phishing toolkit called Bouncer goes one step further - restricting access ONLY to prospective marks.

So while you should never click on links in unsolicited emails, if you are unsure, a simple check would be to run the link through a web proxy and see if the page still displays. While people who don't notice the malicious URL are unlikely to check this it's always interesting to see how cyber-criminals are developing.
