What's the point of having a "desktop" if not to pot icons on. Surely not just to have a pretty picture above the taskbar. :P

Whats the point of having a nice picture on your desktop if all youre going to do is litter it with ugly little icons? :)

I would put more icons on the desktop. :D

I don't get it either, if you want to have the icons handy why not put them on a taskbar at the right side or left side of the screen ? I have been doing that since Windows 98 ...

Just posted the link since imageshack does not give tumbnail links for small images

That's what I do kim. Except I also have my dockbar at the bottom :)

I like my icons big ^_^

They're better than shortcuts because only 1 click.

For things not on my taskbar, I have findandrun robot installed. I just click this little button that I programmed using the logitech software (it's right next to my caps lock key), and boom, the window pops up, and them I just start typing, and it finds my program. A lot faster than the start meunu :)

And no fair Kim :P That's MYY taskbar. I had it first :

Yes, I did see your dockbar, it's cool :) Is that done with Object Desktop ?

I did leave the icons small, so that I can put on a lot of programs but it's indeed nicer with bigger icons. But the taskbar is hidden, so ... :)

And no fair Kim That's MYY taskbar. I had it first

LOL :D

I like the weather application you have, it's very similar to Rainlander. Which one is it you are using and is it a special skin ?

I actually got that and all others from Yahoo Widgets automatically supplies you with some of there top downloads which is the weather and the clock. The Sys Monitor was a program someone made for Yahoo Widgets I had to download seperately.

The weather map is cool to because it updates regulary. I thought the Sys Monitor was cool to giving me my CPU, MEM, Multiple Drive, and Network usage all in one.
