I'm not very icon wise either, I like clean desktop with the taskbar hidden. :)

Using this one since a while.

Edit :

ImageShack tumbnail removed as someone told me he got a popup for WinAntivirus

Its a cool little app. Can use it kind of like a day timer and set reminders for you on certain dates.

I use it as well.

My Desktop consists of mostly wincustomize/Stardock programs.
