i have this virus that shows up in my internet explorer when i open it, how can i removie it

this is the thing that shows up,
they told me to install spyaze and spytropper and i did and will still won't remove, i'm scared that they will get my personal pws and documetns please help,
and the people that know what this virus is please tell me what is the purpose of it, is it to steal documents and pws?
