The Music Thread

Hi all ,

I'm quite sure all of you listen to some kind of music or the other... so I thought I'd share a few songs I listen to... please add yours to this thread. It would be quite interesting to share our playlists
I couldn't find a thread where people shared their taste of music... So here we go!

I listen to all types of music, be it Metal, Rock or even dubstep... as long as it sounds good, it's playing through my iPod

Few of my personal favorites :

I've listened to the tracks you posted, and I like the "Desert Rose" track, the others are a bit too synthesiser based for my tastes. I tend towards guitar based tracks for the most part myself, but each to their own.

I look forward to hearing what other people like to listen to.

Bit insipid for my tastes, the highlight of that track for me was the finger picked guitar in the background.

I used to work with the bass player. They've made made quite a few really rockin tracks lately. Thought they would be on the road to stardom by now buts its a tough business to crack.

I probably enjoyed the last 2 tracks more than the first 2, but it's great to hear what other people listen to, and I'll probably look up a few more Ray la Montagne tracks now I've heard him.

Ray LaMontagne's best album in my opinion is 'Til the sun turns black'. Highly recommended.

Another great Irish track is Kodaline - All I want. The video is really well made. An old friend of mine is one of the actors that bullies the main character.
