Hi everybody!

I wanted to introduce myself to all of you friendly people here as I've just registered and currently await review of my application to fight MalWare.

I've worked in the Technical Support industry for many years now and I'm currently a Technical Support Training Manager, managing a team of Trainers.

Throughout my years, I've studied courses such as MCSEs for Windows-based Operating Systems, Linux and Unix-based Operating Systems, Ethical "Network Security" (you may guess why I use that term, instead of the official title), Web Development and different programming languages (all C-based languages).

So that's a quick bit about me. Now I'm just looking forward to hopefully getting accepted to the MRU, so I can get cracking with fixing stuff (technical term alert!)!
