Problems sending PMs

Been trying to get a message to a member, and it has been in my Outbox for about 4 days now. Is there a trick to sending? Had this problem with a previous one that finally made it to the Sent folder after about 5 days.....

It will be gone from your Outbox once the person you sent the PM to reads it

When you send a PM, it goes to your Outbox, it only goes to your Sent box, when the member to whom you sent it opens it.

If the message is still in your Outbox, it's because the member you sent it to has either not seen it yet, or for some reason does not care to open it.

I've got one or two in my Outbox with cobwebs growing on them.
