check out CastleCops
Good souce on malware, phish, spam.

Yea CastleCops is good but is there a website who's sole purpose is Just letting people know the newest threats like a blog or news website not so much a forum

Yes the 'other links' in the menu is also a good place to start. Nellies Blog is a little dated now has she has not been active for some time, but Security Garden is always a good read - and smell the roses

I'd say vital Security along with Security Garden are my favorites to start with. All in all, it's hard to name just one, as each can write about something another doesn't.
It's like the AV companies, one gets item A, while another gets item B.
