I was at my wits end dealing with my computer problems. No matter what I tried by myself it only seemed to make things worse. Then I stumbled on this site. I had no idea this kind of help existed (and volunteers, no less) and thank goodness it does. I'm by no means an expert and your instructions were clear and easy to follow. As well as being patient, your knowledge and advice has cleared my computer of infection. Will definitely take your advice on avoiding future problems.
