Bad link in forum rules

In "Forum rules" there is a broken link to the DDS program. Maybe it can be fixed and a link to Frst64 for Windows 8.1 users can be included. Preventing people to download DDS on Windows 8.1 and try to troubleshoot the issue.

Attached image shows:
- Forum rules with link that appears to be broken.
- Page source with the link itself.
- What happens when I try to open the link.

Thanks for notifying us, the link is now fixed and you should be able to download DDS by clicking on it.

Sorry about the misunderstanding when you notified me of this earlier, I thought you were referring to another link.
