I can’t begin to thank you enough for all your help over the past week in helping me to remove the malware from my computer. Not being the most computer-literate person around, I was terrified of even working with anyone lest my illiteracy show and embarrass me. However, you showed supreme patience with me and gave such clear and thorough instructions that even someone like myself was able to carry them out. You made me feel smart.
