I have been most impressed with the help I received from Cypher - instructions were clear and easy to follow, questions were answered in a courteous and professional manner and the knowledge & skill levels were excellent as I was guided through, step by step, to a clean smooth running computer again!
It is rare these days that people are willing to give up their valuable time to help others. That is what makes the experience I've had on here even more remarkable. Once we got started, Cypher never missed a day of communicating with me (including Sunday) until the job was done.
