I found this log by accident and was unsure if I should be concerned ? I will post the contents of the folder. The main reason it concerns me is it is a changelog and I dont know what all the info means nor where it came from. Here are the folder contents. Looks like the changelog for Tor Browser which it creates every time it's updated.

Usually found at ... C:\Program Files\Tor Browser\Browser\TorBrowser\Docs

If you have Tor Browser installed on your computer, then it's nothing to worry about.
