Help with my comp please

I have been having some problems I found that when opening cmd as admin it says local low appdata . also I see there are many useres such as isw restricted group, remote active logon, anonymous login, terminal server user. I think someone has messed with my perissions and so forth any help would be great . thanks rmrrar.

  • Details of the problems you're experiencing.
