small.ca virus alert

Unread postby iremg » October 30th, 2012, 9:28 pm

Windows7 Action Center says that I have Win32/Small.CA virus, which should be removed. I scanned my system for viruses (using Sophos) and also used Microsoft's proposed solution which was to download their Safety Scanner and ran a scan. Neither of the programs found any virus. What should I do? Thanks.

Malware issues are not handled in the General Computer Support area. They are handled in the Malware Removal Room where you should post your log after first reading the instructional topic, How to Get Help in This Forum.

This topic is now closed. If you still need help, please start a new topic in the appropriate forum.
