Does a 4-Wire (2-pair) thin STP Cable exist?

10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX only require two pairs to operate, located on pins 1 plus 2 and pins 3 plus 6.

An ordinary category 5 cable has four pairs.

My googling has not helped me to locate a thin 2-pair cable for 100Mbit/s networking purposes which I would need to pull through a small empty pipe along with two other cables (coax) in my home. A 4.6mm cable that I found is likely too thick.

Does anyone here know if such a cable exist for purchase? Where?

I could probably manage with a thicker cable, maybe up to 3.5mm.

I'm hoping to find a shielded one. The search continues.

Problem is that as soon as it's shielded, the diameter jumps. 3.7mm is the smallest I've seen so far.
