My malwarebytes won't proceed scanning. It says that scanning is going on but the number of scanned items won't increase.

How long did you leave it without the number increasing beyond 237,000 ?
Some files are very large, and sometimes the scan may appear to stall, when in fact it is just taking a long time (sometimes several minutes) to scan a single file because that file is big.
