I have a serious issue with my Java and or Adobe Flash Playe

Since I've gotten this computer which has been since October 14th 2014 (Don't ask why I remember that, for some reason I just do.) Ive had issues with loading webpages and running any flash games or just watching videos. This has happened on both google chrome and firefox web browsers. Sometimes Java script will go completely unresponsive and or shockwave will just crash on me. I wish I knew how to fix this. My current setup is with Mozilla Firefox and my pc stats are
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 4gb video memory (4034 MB)
CPU: AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
RAM: 8gb (8192MB)
as you see Im not packing a bad PC so I doubt that its a hardware issue.

As you've also posted in the malware removal room, and you've attached your logs, it's best that you wait for a helper to assist you in that topic.

Hi NonSuch! Thank you for your reply. I'm not a stranger to forums. I know I'm not allowed to post in the malware removal room. I promise to leave that up to you experts. I do however read and learn from those that are qualified to fight malware.
Glad to know the link works. I do clean PC's in my retirement village. It is however a very different ball game when you have the PC in front on you and you can see if there are more than one anti-virus program running in real time. You can also see if there are redirects, pop-ups, unwanted tool bars and all the other weird and wonderful things that malware cause. I haven't had any BIOS viruses or any thing really tough to get rid of yet. I did give up and restore one badly infected PC to factory.In the future if I get a really bad infected PC, I'll get some help here.

well I do have current versions installed but it didn't fix the problem

Actually, Mister Spoo, as you're currently working with a helper in the malware removal room, your best option would be to wait until you're finished with that process before trying other things that may interfere with what your helper is trying to accomplish.

Sorry my bad! I thought the malware room was done. I agree you need a all clear before trying other things. There are a lot of things you can test once the malware team give you a all clear!

I do have silver light also both shockwave and adobe flash player are running and currently updated to current verions

Hi! I don't want to get in trouble here! Once you have the all clear from the malware people, I'm sure there will be more suggestions and help for your issue.
Maybe hardware Problems?? Make sure you are clear of infections first!!
