Laptop has gone stodgey

Unread postby Dech » February 17th, 2013, 7:25 pm

Hi,
I need help.
My laptop has become sluggish in just about all operations, starting, running, shutting down.
I have a Toshiba Satellite L300-1AS
It is running Vista Premium.
IEP version 9
Office 2010

I am sure that you need more information but until you tell me I won't know.

I have been through the start up via msconfig and unchecked some duplicated operations but no change.

Living in Cayman Islands, so no reliable tech support here.

Hi Danni, and welcome to the MWR forums. :)

SINO

Download SINO by Artellos & save it to Your Desktop

  • Right click SINO.exe and choose Run as Administrator to run it.
  • Check the following checkboxes:
Code: Select all
System Info
Tasklist
Startup items
Event log

  • Once checked, hit the Run Scan! button and wait for the program to finish the scan.
  • A notepad window will pop up. Copy all of the content of the notepad file and post it into your next reply.
