Good Day,

My operating system is moving slower than normal and my wifi connection just disconnects on its own. I cleaned my internet cache, performed a disk cleanup and defragmented my drive, but to no avail.

Any help that can be offer would be greatly appreciated. If I'm in the wrong forum please redirect me.

Thanks,

Hi cbooth,
With the symptoms you describe, it's impossible to tell if it's hardware, software or infections that are responsible.

I would suggest reading the preliminaries first:
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=47959
then start a topic in the Malware Removal Room, post your DDS logs, and wait for a helper.

That will provide additional info, and allow the helper to figure out what is going on.
